Hi, hello! Thank you for being here.

About Me:
I'm a poet and flash writer transplanted from Columbia, Missouri to the chilly and serene Upper Peninsula of Michigan. Before moving here and earning a hybrid-track MFA from Northern Michigan University, I attended The University of Missouri, where I received my BA in English. I've been fortunate enough to read for various publications, such as Persea Books, The Missouri Review, and Passages North, and am currently a reader/editor for Fractured Lit. My "day job" (or night job, rather) consists of bartending and managing in a historic hotel, which is pretty neat and often sneaks into my writing.
For a complete list of my current and forthcoming works, check out the "Words" tab, or you can see my updates on twitter @hannahcajandigt.
A less-professional-but-probably-more-human-and-definitely-more-fun "About Me":
This "Nancy Drew Enthusiast" (thank you, T Guzman) enjoys playing story-based video games, gardening, reading weird fiction, and spending time with her partner and two dogs. There's a good chance she's listening to metalcore or a true crime podcast right now. She likes writing about a sad-but-hopeful meteorologist, water-dwelling creatures, fireflies, layers of atmosphere, smallness, and the end of the world. Any disaster will do. Some of her largest creative influences are Kim Addonizio, Aimee Bender, Zachary Doss, Chuck Palahniuk, Rebecca Pelky, Mary Ruefle, and Kurt Vonnegut.
Whoever you are, I hope my words find you well and that within them, you find something of meaning. Thanks for stopping by!
